15 sessions. The package most clients choose. Enough volume to change how your body looks, moves, and performs.
VIP METHOD - $4,800
20 sessions. Total immersion. Priority scheduling, full nutrition integration, and direct access to me between sessions.

One-on-one coaching, fully programmed in advance. No improvised workouts. Every session is a step in a plan written specifically for your body and your goal.
Full Initial Assessment Posture:
Mobility, strength baseline, movement quality, lifestyle audit. Before we train hard, we train smart: I need to know exactly where you start.
Mobility & Movement Quality Work Built into every program:
At 25, you can get away with tight hips and a stiff thoracic spine. After 40, mobility is the difference between progress and injury.
Nutrition Framework Not a generic meal plan from the internet:
A clear nutritional structure adapted to your training phase, your schedule, and your real life in Miami.
Ongoing Support Between Sessions Questions:
adjustments, accountability. Transformation happens in the 165 hours per week you are not with me; my job is to make sure those hours count.
Recovery Strategy Sleep:
Stress, deload planning, and recovery protocols. Training is the stimulus; recovery is where your body actually changes.

WHY MY PRICES ARE DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR GYM TRAINER

A gym trainer sells you an hour. I deliver an outcome.
25+ years of expertise. Bodybuilding competition experience, two decades of private coaching, clients ranging from professional athletes to celebrities. You are not my experiment; you are the beneficiary of everything I have already solved.
Private planning, not recycled templates. Every program is written for you, reviewed after every session, and adjusted in real time. Most trainers reuse the same workout for ten different clients. I cannot, because no two of my clients have the same body or the same life.
Nutrition, mobility, and recovery included. At a regular gym, these are upsells or simply ignored. In my method, they are non-negotiable pillars. Training without them is paying for half a result.
Punctuality and reliability, always. I arrive prepared, on time, every time. Your session starts when it is scheduled to start. In 25 years, this has never been negotiable.
Absolute discretion. Many of my clients are public figures or business leaders. What happens in your training stays in your training. Confidentiality is part of the service, not a favor.
