Learning that informs the session
I continue studying biomechanics, movement control and training progression. I use that learning to question an exercise choice, refine a cue and better understand how someone responds.
The value for you is a clear explanation of what we are doing and a session that adapts as your needs change.
THE BACKGROUND
FROM THE FRENCH ALPS TO MIAMI BEACH.
EARLY YEARS
An athletic foundation
I grew up in the French Alps, with skiing, wrestling and swimming shaping my early sporting life. Strength training and competitive bodybuilding added another perspective on preparation.
FRANCE
Coaching across sport
My coaching background includes athletes competing for national titles, European titles and the Paralympics. Different sports taught me to connect physical preparation to a specific task.
2013
T-Nice Trainer LLC
I founded T-Nice Trainer LLC in Miami Beach in 2013. Private coaching became the focus of my work with residents, professionals and international visitors.
TODAY
Personal coaching in Miami and online
I coach privately in Miami Beach and through live individual online sessions. Strength, body composition, mobility, swimming and physical preparation remain connected to the person’s goals.
A PERSONAL PERSPECTIVE
WHAT REBUILDING TAUGHT ME.
Recovery after a severe motorcycle accident deepened my study of movement. Rebuilding my own capacity made me more attentive to the patience and adjustments involved in returning to activity.
That experience informs how I coach today: understand the starting point, explain the next step and adjust the challenge as the person progresses.
For someone returning after an injury, I work within my fitness-coaching role and take relevant clinical guidance into account when needed.
CAREER CONTEXT
EXPERIENCE WITH A RECORD BEHIND IT.
Across sport and performance
Known as T-Nice and T-Nice Trainer, I have trained French rapper Booba, the actor singer Tamer Hosny, the famous soccer player Karim Benzema and many more.
My experience also includes helping Paralympic swimmer David Smetanine prepare for competition.
At the Élysée Palace in 2004
In 2004, I was invited by President Jacques Chirac to the Élysée Palace reception honoring the French delegation to the Athens Paralympic Games.
The invitation
The invitation names Theo Marcopoulos and the reception for the French Paralympic delegation. It gives the date as 25 October 2004 at 11 a.m.

THE VALUE OF EXPERIENCE
THE DECISIONS THAT SHAPE YOUR SESSION.
Experience matters when it changes what we do in the session. Your goal sets the direction; your movement and feedback guide the decisions.
Observe before adding
I look at your technique, movement range and control before increasing resistance or complexity.
Progress with a reason
I adjust resistance, repetitions and rest using your execution and response. Progression follows what you can manage and repeat.
Make the adjustment clear
A change in stance, range, tempo or exercise can make the work more appropriate. I explain the change so you can practice it with purpose.
Consider the week around you
Travel, work, sport and recovery affect the session. We account for those demands when choosing the focus and intensity.
THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE
PERSONAL ATTENTION IN PRACTICE.
Direct coaching
I work with you personally, demonstrate the movement and use your feedback to adjust the session.
Discreet coordination
With your authorization, an assistant or concierge can help arrange appointments. We agree who handles scheduling and what they need to know.
Prepared and punctual
We confirm the appointment, location, available equipment and access arrangements. I arrive prepared with a clear purpose for the session.
Clear next steps
We review the work and discuss what comes next. Changes in your schedule or location help shape the available options.
